Who is this for? #

  • An administrator who wants to use a modern, easy-to-use tool to organize their inventory and data for all organizations.
  • Or a director at a small school or college/university who doesn't have an administrator.

Tip

All Presto Assistant organizations must belong to an Admin Portal which helps manage data across all connected organizations — Band, Choir, Dance, Guitar, Mariachi, Orchestra, and Theater.

Detailed steps #

  1. Go to the signup page (link) and select Administrator from the four role options.

  1. On the next screen, choose Administrator (not Admin Assistant).

What's the difference?

  • Administrator creates and manages an admin portal
  • Admin Assistant joins an existing portal, invited by the Lead Administrator
  1. Choose how you want to sign in:

Tip

Make sure you see Administrator at the top of the form (highlighted in green in the images below).

Option A: Sign up with Google (Recommended)

Press the button labeled Sign up with Google and follow the prompts to sign in with your Google account.

Option B: Use email and password

Add your email address and a strong password, then press the Create User Profile button.

By creating your account, you agree to Presto Assistant's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

  1. Check your email for a verification link from Presto Assistant. Click it to verify your account.

Can't find it? Check your spam folder or resend the verification email.

  1. Provide information about your admin portal.
    • Portal name (usually your district or parent organization's name)
    • Address info

  1. Complete the Profile Info and Contact Info forms.

    • Profile Info: Your name and title
    • Contact Info: Your phone number and address
  2. Review the Technology Acceptable Use Policy, check the agreement box, and click Continue.

  3. You are all set up and ready to go!
