Who is this for? #
Any director or administrator creating a form for members to complete.

Add a Form Block #
- Select the type of respone for the block from the list of options.
- Add content that the user will see in the form.
If you make a form block "Required," the user must complete the block before submitting the form.
- Preview the form block to see how your members will see it.
When you press the "Preview" button, a sample form will slide out from the right side of the screen. This preview lets you interact with the form the same way the members will see the form.
Delete a Form Block #
Use the "Block Actions" at the top right of any block to delete the block. Use the "delete" action if you made a mistake in the block and need to add the block again.
Types of Form Blocks #
Presto forms offer several types of form blocks to collect different types of information. All form blocks below show what the creator sees while making the block, then what the member sees when they fill out the form.
Heading #
Use a heading to separate sections of the form.

Provide a file that the member can download. For example, if you already have a PDF file for your organization's handbook, you can add it to allow the member to download it here.
Tip
The member should have pop-ups enabled in their browser to download the file.
